Can I pay an invoice online?

Yes! After logging in, at the top of the screen hover your mouse over the “My Accounts” link and select “Pay Invoices”. You can view your balance over the last 30, 60, and 90 days by selecting the different tabs. To make a payment you would select the blue “Pay By Credit Card” button.

Where do I view my history at/How do I print my invoices?

When logged in, at the top of the screen hover your mouse over the “My Accounts” link and select “Order History”. From here you can print your invoices, add previously purchased items to your cart, or add items to your favorites list. You can also click the “Search” tab in the upper left corner next to “History”. This allows you to search by date, invoice number, and item number.

How do I change my ship to/department?
If you need to switch the department for the order you’re working on, you can do it one of two ways. 1) Before you start shopping, at the top of the screen hover your mouse over the “My Accounts” link and select “Choose Account”.

From there, click your cursor in the blank field next to “Department”, hit the space bar and select the department you want the order to go to.

Click the “Continue” button to proceed with shopping. 2) While in the checkout screen (click the “check out” button in the top right hand corner of your screen to access checkout) you can click the “Edit Order Details” button. There you can click in the field next to “Department”, hit the space bar and select the department you want the order to go to (see image above). If you do not have multiple departments set up but want to change the address just one time for a particular order, while in the “Edit Order Details” screen type in the address you’d like the order to go to in the “Special Instructions” field. We will manually change the SHIPTO address when you submit the order.

How do I retrun an item?
To issue a return, go to our home page (www.keetonsonline.com). Hover your mouse over “Resources”, “Returns” and then select “Online Return Form”. Simply fill in the information and submit it. We’ll email you back confirming that we have scheduled a pick up for the item you are returning. **Note that you can also request a replacement order right in the form.

Can I save items to my shopping cart?
If you already have items in your shopping cart and would like to save it, go to your cart (while logged in) which is at the top of the page to the right of the search bar and select “View Cart”. You can remove items (red X to the right of the price) and adjust the quantity if you need to. Now click the “Save Order” button below the items. Next type in a quick description for the saved order so you can easily pull it back up. Now click “Done”. You should see a flashing green message at the top of the home screen letting you know that the order has been saved. To access the saved order click “Saved Orders” above the shopping cart icon in the top right section of our site. Once you open up the saved order, you’ll have an option to move it to your cart, copy it, or delete it.

How do I create a Favorite’s List?
From the top menu bar, use the “Favorites” drop down section to “Manage Favorites List”. From there you can create a new list, or add/edit items to an existing list. Please note that you can also add items to a Favorites List while searching or shopping on our site. Keep an eye out for the “Add to Favorites” icon under the “Add to Cart” button that each item displays. This is a really easy way to keep your lists current with what you’re always purchasing!
